This is the largest fruit of all. It is high in starch. I think it looks like a 70s shag carpet when opened up. The fruit is usually used for curry here. Also, it is delicious as its own in a salad or desert. It is very difficult to work with so you much rub your hands with oil in order to make sure it doesn’t stick to you. The seeds are delicious boiled or roasted.
